Welcome to HaNegev, the southeastern region of USY! We include 3 subregions (Arvot, Ein Gedi, Mercaz) and a multitude of local chapters from North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Each chapter has its own social programming that frequently takes place at the synagogue where the chapter is based. Check them out under our “Get Involved” section to find a chapter near you!

Regional conventions and programs are the perfect opportunity for Jewish teens to socialize and connect with their Jewish peers as well as explore their conservative Judaism and connection to Israel. Conventions, specifically, take place at least once a year: the entire region gets together for Shabbat, creatively themed community service programs, and to elect Regional Executive Board officers.
